Do not live here

Management is no help with anything and have lied about multiple things. Tweakers constantly around the area. Hallways were graffiti’d during the night.

If you can get lucky and find a opportunity to live here go for it !

I live here in a studio apartment
My neighbors are like family
The property is kept clean newly remodeled lots of area to walk my dog shopping all within a mile or two GREAT PLACE TO LIVE

Noisy!

Manager is in charge of multiple properties and cannot be bothered. This morning 4 Sedgwick County Officers were on the property for a disturbance! Homeless people camp out on the property. I've seen multiple Studios for the same price. Be wise and shop elsewhere.
