Keeper Apartments

This is hands-down the worst place I have ever lived. The apartments are completely roach-infested, and management couldn’t care less. They never respond to repair requests, and if they do, it takes forever, and the problem either doesn’t get fixed or gets worse. Everything here is falling apart—leaking ceilings, broken appliances, mold, you name it. On top of that, they had the audacity to take out the pool, which was one of the only nice things about living here. It used to be a place where... everyone could relax, but now it's just an empty, overgrown mess. The entire complex looks neglected, like no one has cared for it in years. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! Don’t waste your time! Very heavy roach infestation and management doesn’t care. Poor management and maintenance staff. Property is treated like a dumpster, there’s always trash everywhere. Had homeless men bang on my door multiple times, not a safe neighborhood!! Would give negative stars if I could. Management barely does pest control, the roaches crawl everywhere!!!
