Pawnee Park Apartments

I rented a studio apartment here from Jan 2020 to Jan 2021. Within the first few days bugs started showing up... everywhere. Beetles, roaches, flies, you name it, they live in the bathroom, sink, etc... I also should note that my truck was broken into while staying here as well and they do not have any cameras so I was out of a vehicle. The staff has always been miscommunicative and they tried to charge me an extra $300 even after my lease was over and signed off. I had a comfortable first floor studio. Close to the Quik Trip, Sonic, Dollar General, a Pawn Shop, Bionic Burger, a package store, right down the street nearing Seneca is more stores and restaurants. The library and more stores are down South Meridian. It's on the busline too. The neighborhood is quiet I always felt safe, never had any issues.The tenets are friendly and the staff stays on top of things, maintenance issues are handled quickly. I can't wait to move back HOME????????

This is on the southwest side of Wichita and close to all wichita attractions. I have lived in myany apartments and the staff here is the best i have seen, if you need something, they take care of it immediately. The grounds are well kept and we llve it, its also on the bus line.

I like it here. It's not expensive and it's quite. Most of the washing machines work most of the time. The apartment itself is big for a studio and every thing works. They're quick about fixing things when there not. It comes with digital cable and it's across the street from a QT, Sonic, and a dollar general for quick trips.
