I don’t feel you’re going to find a better place with so much going on around you. Stores, restaurants and more. Great walkable score as well. I havn’t seen all the units, but the 2nd floor, 2 bedroom vaulted units west facing is pretty solid.

I truly enjoy living here at SunSTONE at Fox Ridge. The area is booming with new shops and restaurants. The process was very streamlined and the staff here are professional and extremely helpful. The communication was great.

Lack of security
We are extremely disappointed. One of the primary reasons we chose this property for our daughter's first home was the promise of a secure and protected community. In less than eight months, that commitment to safety has drastically declined. Security patrols have been discontinued, and the gates are consistently left wide open- now there is not even a code to get in!
This creates an open invitation for crime. Just last night, multiple vehicles were targeted — several were stolen, and many... others had windows smashed.
Residents deserve better. The safety measures that were promised need to be restored immediately before more damage occurs.

I love Sunstone! Very happy and satisfied resident! It truly feels like a community and not some corporate apartment management approach.
