Great location, quiet living, great landlady.

I moved away from Ashland 1962, after death of spouse 54 years later I moved back and rented here. Enjoyed being able to get out and walk. Would like to move back there! Quick to get maintenance if needed.

Living life right

First off, the area is amazing and wonderful. Ive always wanted to live in this area. Im pretty much in ashland all the time. Secondly, growing up in a big city and now living in a country senery isnt for me, im a city person. Therefore, this would be perfect for my significant other and I. To make a better lifestyle for us and to help us grow together in a comfortable and safe area.

Going to be calling

I have lived around this area all my life. When I was younger my aunt and uncle lived here. As a kid it looks amazing, as an adult it still looks like a great place to make a home!

History

I had a friend live there years ago and it was very nice. We saw the old ballroom and kitchen downstairs and that would be wonderful to reopen not to mention I would love to do it. I have a family of 4 one of which is just going to be born.
I work for a Security Company so not only would you have a good tenant but an onsite security officer as well.
