Overall fair. The gym is great, that’s the highlight. Everything else is average. Rent is expensive, the facilities maintenance has taken a step down since it was sold, and there are additional “features” forced on us that we didn’t ask for (Bilt payment, package service, can’t bring garbage to the chute, etc).

JRG Lofts is a great community with a large selection of floorplans. The staff are very responsive and kind. The amenities are hard to beat!
