We offer studio, one-, two-, three-, four-, and five-bedroom options. Your new apartment also features beautiful wood flooring (in select units), large windows, and a fully equipped kitchen! Pets Allowed (Fee: $200 Rent: $35) Restrictions: No Akita, Doberman, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Chow Chow, or Pit Bulls permitted.

Studio Apartments do not come with a dishwasher, couch, or chair.

New Management

The new management has already brought the property up to code! I truly have loved living here for the past 2 years, but I can already see the positive changes they are making! New events which have been super fun and can't wait to see what else is in store!

Good changes under new management!

I’m really excited about the changes happening under the new management and maintenance team! They’ve already started making improvements, and I have high hopes for the direction they’re taking things.
