During the tour they said my electric bill will never be over $30 but it has never been under $30 one month it will be $45 and the next it will be $75 with no change, and when I talked with leasing office the email said one thing and when I called they said another, the lady on the phone even said “oh yeah that is a lot”
I no longer receive emails when packages arrive, A package got delivered 2/10 and I never got a notification to come pick it up until I went on 2/15 wondering about my package.
