i tried calling multiple times after they sent me my lease to talk about it and they did not pick up or return my calls and my roommate was told we will get a call back but never got a call back. they also emailed me to sign my lease by 5pm that day at 1pm and i did not even have my lease by then, lease was sent over at 3pm and with this kind of management style i doubt if i live there they will answer my calls ever

The management only wants money and couldn't care about our quality of living at the Vanguard. It's really unfortunate because the building itself and the amenities are nice and not too pricey. Very disappointed.

Been here for almost 2years. It has been great so far.
But I feel like we don’t get response to our emails on time. Nice apartment though.

Staff is polite and cooperative, and my neighbors always take care not to steal any deliveries. I get to mind my own business and not be bothered, I really appreciate the privacy and freedom that The Vanguard offers. It wasn't a difficult decision to renew my lease this year!

The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby stores and essentials, which makes errands pretty manageable. Noise levels can vary depending on the time and neighbors, but nothing too out of the ordinary for apartment living.
