It's Okay at Best
Live here. My lease is about to end. At first glance, this place is decent for the price. But once you start looking into it, it just goes downhill. You can tell the unit gets the "Landlord Special" treatment before new tenants move in. The paint jobs and patches are sloppy. The outlets are all loose and barely hold anything in place. The appliances are old but functional. Parking is a nightmare. I've had to park 3 or 4 buildings away from my unit multiple times in the last 10 months, which... makes winter awful. The location is nice, though. They will raise the rent if you wish to renew your lease, which is wild to me, considering nothing has been done to raise the value of the place. Also, the maintenance is incredibly bad.
