Three years ago this would have been a 5 star review, but management changed a while ago and things have gone downhill drastically. If Tim is still the apartment manager do not move here.

Before you move in do a walk around and see how many random shingles are on the ground. That'll give you an idea of the level of care and maintenance this place gets. Those shingles fly off after every storm and will damage vehicles. I know as it happened to my car and I had to go through my own insurance… to get it fixed. They've been through 3 different maintenance people in the past year.
They've also been through 3 different front desk people. The ladies that used to work there were pretty nice too.
I had an issue with a neighbor letting a large aggressive dog off leash and complained about it twice, and nothing was done. The dog then attacked a cat when it was let out off leash again, and when I showed Tim a video of this he said that was strike one of three before the dog is removed. The dog has been off leash several more times and management refuses to care.
It took them two weeks to salt and plow the roads in the complex after a moderate snowstorm last winter. They just left it there so people drove over it until it became a couple inches of ice and compact snow and was a hazard to drive on. When they eventually did do something about the snow not a single parking spot was plowed and half the walkways weren't shoveled. The roads outside of the complex had been completely clear for weeks before they did anything.
Management has also decided to force you into a valet trash service that's yet another charge on top of rent. You can expect to pay about $200 more than whatever the rent is now due to all the other stuff they charge for. The complex also has random trash lying around now too, and before that was never an issue.
They also rolled out a new AI assistant, which is absolutely useless and just another barrier you have to get through whenever you need to reach an actual person for help.

The area is great, but there are at least 4 different apartment complexes within a mile of here. Unless this place is wildly cheaper, which it's currently not, I'd suggest checking them out first. Read More
