Windridge Townhomes

I just booked a townhome at Windridge Townhomes, and the process has been fantastic so far! The property is in a great location - walking distance from Florence Mall and close to so many restaurants, shops, and conveniences. The neighborhood feels quiet and welcoming, which is the perfect balance.

A big shout-out to Vee, the property manager - she has been incredibly helpful, friendly, and responsive. She made the whole leasing process easy and stress-free.

Unfortunately, my experience living in these apartments has been very disappointing. The buildings are old and poorly constructed—thin doors, cheap fixtures like toilet seats, and peeling paint are common throughout. The most serious issue, however, is the complete lack of insulation. During the winter, my heating bills ranged from $550 to $800 per month. When I contacted maintenance, I was simply told to “turn down the heat.”

After speaking with several neighbors, I learned that many residents... face the same issue. The root problems seem to be outdated HVAC systems, lack of insulation, and drafts coming through doors and windows.

Management has also been unresponsive and unhelpful—it typically takes 2–3 days to get a call back. Parking is another major frustration; many residents ignore the garage and park in other people’s spots with no enforcement from the office.

Overall, this has been the worst rental experience I've had in Kentucky. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone. Read More

Starting over in a new state isn't easy but the leasing staff at Windridge Townhomes never failed to make me feel welcomed and heard. The neighborhood is quiet, extremely dog-friendly, and well-kept. Maintenance is timely, respectable, professional, and quick, as is the entirety of the staffing team. My children love the nature, the pond, the playground, and hopefully come summer time they'll get to enjoy the outdoor pool. Windridge Townhomes is conveniently placed a minute's drive from stores,... restaurants, and even religious centers. They even have a 24/7 gym, something I've never seen before. Brandon has been so friendly and helpful in year that I’ve been here. He has responded to every request, even an informal one like removing the bug boxes from my garage, promptly and with good humor. I’ve lived at different apartment complexes in various areas and never had such a great experience as I’ve had here.
