Great Place to Live!

A new owner took over this place recently, they made this place a greater place to live!
This place has the best location, has the best view. I really love that I can see the trees and season change while working from home.
This place is also very well maintained. The maintenance team are friendly and very efficient. The office staff is always friendly and very helpful.
The landscaping is getting better as well!
The grounds are always well maintained and beautiful. I have feel at home here.… My kitten and I are very happy here.

Terrible Property Where They Raise the Cost of Everything

Terrible outdated property with lots of issues. It was recently taken over buy new management who significantly raised the price of rent, laundry, etc. without making any upgrades to the poor conditions

Crappy laundry facilities now cost double what they did before.

Thank you for your comments. We have done many upgrades since we have taken ownership. We filled numerous pot holes, added LED outdoor & indoor and laundry room lighting, we also upgraded the laundry to blue tooth capability for more convenience,… and are currently replacing all balconies.

New Property Manager Raises Prices

We have lived here for years with little to no issues. Recently the property was acquired by new management. Immediately the laundry prices were raised. The old price was 2.50$, but now it is now an absurd 4.50$ to do one SMALL load of laundry. I am fearful of the new property manager's motivations and if price increases continue to happen here, I will be moving out.
