Candace is great!??
Candace the manager is super friendly and welcoming! We stopped by for a tour as I’m looking to move in the next few weeks. She graciously walked the property with my family and I, and made us feel not only confident in our choice but excited for a new start. Very informative on pricing, policies and the application process; she even had a goody bag for us with fun treats and some toys for the kids. Thank you Candace!!!!!

Terrible management.
The new manager is very disrespectful and very unwilling to help tenants on issues that Patchen place apartments cause. Avoid this place. 06/02/25

Super cute
Derek always has a smile on his face and goes above and beyond for his residents. Beautiful pool and grounds, super quiet.

Wonderful experience
In search of my first ever apartment and I went in today to complete an application and spoke to Derek he was GREAT! Made me feel at home already and he also sat and talked to me in depth about the units, location, places around the apartment to go to . Overall it was a great experience and I hope to be able to live here soon !
