let down.

i always thought these apartments were very nice driving by and wanted too try renting one when my current lease was expired decided too set up looking at apartment. upon going too look apartment was large and good size for what im currently looking for. noticed paint was chipped damaged here and there apartment couple doors down front windows busted out and boarded up was informed it was a females crazy ex busted them out so decided look else where. was high hopes here...
