I’m telling you right now: DO NOT move here. I have absolutely no reason to talk badly about this property, but I promise you, if you move here based on the pictures and what they advertise, you are going to regret it.

The pictures they show you are incredibly misleading. They make this place look clean, well-maintained, and completely different from what you actually get. The second you step foot on the property, you’re going to... realize the pictures do NOT match reality. And when you finally walk into the apartment, you’re probably going to have the same reaction I did: “Oh my God… what did I just sign up for?”

The laundry facility is disgusting and poorly maintained, and a lot of the washers and dryers don’t even work. The entire property gives you the impression that management is more interested in getting you to sign a lease than actually maintaining the place after they have your money.

DO NOT let the pictures fool you. DO NOT rush into signing a lease. DO NOT put all your eggs in one basket and assume this place is going to be what they advertise.

Go see it IN PERSON before you give them a single dollar. Walk around the entire property. Look at the laundry room. Look at the hallways, parking areas, common areas, and then look closely at the actual apartment they’re giving you.

Because once you sign that lease, you’re stuck. And being locked into a year-long contract at a place you already hate is a miserable situation.

I’m not saying this to be dramatic or to trash somebody’s business for no reason. I’m saying it because I wish somebody had warned me before I signed.

We've been here 8 years and we've always had a good experience. Everything is kept neat and the staff is friendly. I would highly recommend Station Jtown apartments.

A few new staff members handled two long time issues very quickly. Ive lived here for a while and its nice to have the residents who have stuck around getting caught up with the newer units where residents come and go.

My apartment has had roaches since the second week I moved in. My apartment was never cleaned by professionals beforehand and it was filthy with hair in the bathroom and stuff inside the drawers. The neighbors play loud music and the quiet time is not enforced. All of my amazon packages have been stolen and the office cannot do anything about it. The bugs are definitely the worst issue. The pest control has come four times now and the issue is still not resolved. At this point they should come... every week to spray. I also spray at home between the times they have been to keep as many. Ugh away as possible or kill them when they are found. I have found 15 in less than 3 months. That is not counting the dead ones I have found and disposed of after spraying. The place feels uninhabitable with the roaches. Its very unsafe and unsanitary. I have asthma issues and it has only gotten worse living here. There is also mold and leaks. My wall recently has turned brown with a leak from outside. My window was never fixed that I reported when I moved in and I have still never had closet doors installed in my bedroom. Mind you I have lived here 3 months. I do not recommend living here. I would buy out my lease but the terms are sketchy and I have been told this place Nickle and dimes you, so I guess I am stuck here unless a lawyer can help me get out of this mess. Read More
