It’s horrible

I waited over a week when my furnace was out for them to come so I’d have heat in my apartment. Now the washer and dryer unit they supply has broke down for the 10th time and I’ve waited over a week for them to come fix it. But they still haven’t. When you call their phone number they never answer and don’t have a voicemail.

Decent place to live. Centrally located. Good maintenance. I would recommend this place as a stepping stone to the next move. A ton of issues with water lines. Makes sure to inquire about

I don't have much to complain about. we have a full building now. we just need some light in the back where my car got broken into. it dark at night. I wish we didn't have an all-in-one washer and dryer that are not very good. I would rather have a two separate washer and dryer. Other them that its not a bad place to live

Verified Renter

Called in for pest control a couple months ago, still havent seen them. Electricians never showed up after months of requesting and being told they were coming. Still havent drained my hallway bath tub. Pool is closed more than its open. Theft is insane and no one knows anything. It's not the ideal environment for as much as we pay here. If you're able to, you would want to look anywhere but here.

Terrible maintenance times and rude managers

Maintenance will take 2+ months to fix issues. My bathtub did not drain for the first two months I lived here. They have over 150 open maintenance requests, so don’t expect anything to get resolved unless you do it yourself.

Management was super kind until I signed my lease and started having issues. They then began to dismiss all my concerns and insinuate I need to be more patient to have major things fixed. Hire more maintenance staff instead of making your renters uncomfortable in their... homes.

Avoid this place like the plague.
