This place is absolutely unprofessional.
I had called their main call center, because that's the only number available via their website. I initially set up an appointment and went ahead and filled out an application online just to be prepared. Bad idea. When I arrived, I had trouble finding the office entrance, so I called the call center number to let them know I was there. They gave me the number, and I was able to find the entrance. Upon walking in the greeting, I received was very... unprofessional to say the least. I explained to the office worker that I had booked an appointment online and had also filled out an application. Which was 350$. She told me that she didn't have me booked, and they didn't have any showings available that day. She told me basically that she would try to push my application through and would call me back for another tour. I emailed about a day later for an update, no response. These people essentially ghosted me for an entire week. You would think they would try to get into contact asap with someone who has already filled out an application and paid for it. wrong. The money from the application is also nonrefundable, so you better make sure you're positive about living here if you apply. After dealing with their lack of attention/communication for a potential resident, I can't imagine how they treat the residents who already live there or decide to communicate with them. Like I said, I get stuff happens, but it's the way you handle someone's mistake or negative experience that make up for any issues/problems. I had a very positive experience living in this apartment community. The property was well maintained, clean, and felt safe. The management and staff were always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond whenever I had a question or needed assistance.
