Andover Apartments

Great price for the size you get. Parking sucks, you have one assigned spot per apartment. If you have more than one car then you’d have to park in an ‘overflow’ spot. There is a guy who has 5+ cars and let’s it sits in a few of the overflow spot and not let any of the people in the four buildings use it. People in the office won’t do anything. Laundry room sucks, washers and dryers don’t work correctly 80% of the time. Some of the neighbors are loud. The maintenance teams don’t fully fix... anything, I’ve had mold growing in the bathroom for 6ish months. They say no pets but there are a decent amount of people with dogs and cats.
