You don't want me to leave a review at this time. This place has so much potential but it is very disappointing to see how poorly it is run.

The leasing office is BEYOND rude. Julie to be exact. There are always extra charges and fees, trash comes when they want to. So many people have moved out because of how bad it is. Please save yourself the hassle and just avoid at ALL costs. My apartment was flooded with ants, the maintenance requests were never completed in a timely manner, and I had mold in my apartment that was never fixed.

I have lived in a lot of apartments and this by far has been the best! I’m not gonna lie it’s a little pricey but I rather pay a little more for something that’s safe, clean, quiet, close to work, and it’s beautiful! I love my new home! It been amazing to find and even more amazing that I actually live here now! So happy & grateful! I mean the view from my patio is more than worth it!
