Everything is ok, but just ok, not great. Parking is out of control as there is no towing company contracted to enforce the rules. Valet trash pickup is still spotty and residents re allowed to leave the trash cans outside 24/7 with is ugly and gross. I still do not have any grass growing in my patio area, but there are plenty of stickerbush weeds that hurt my dog's feet. Drainage after heavy rain is still an issue. I generally walk through ankle deep water to get from my vehicle to my front... door .

I love living here. It is quiet in a park like setting. Neighbors are fantastic and there is a real sense of community. Shopping is located so close and everything you need is right around the corner.

Everything has been good. Renewing my lease but upgrading from one bedroom to two bedroom. Now gym could have little machines and little bigger would help.

BLU has improved over the last 3 years since Greystar and the new management team took over. Michelle has built a stable team. Maintenance is top notch. I would suggest more parking options, and better resident screening for the future, as well as limiting the number of residents and pets in one unit. Landscaping is always an issue, and a sprinkler system would help. Valet trash is hit or miss.
