As someone who’s lived in Baton Rouge my whole life, I’ve really enjoyed being at Blu on the Boulevard. The place feels clean, calm, and genuinely welcoming. The staff is kind, maintenance actually shows up when you need them, and my apartment is quiet and comfortable. The location makes everyday life easy, and it’s just a nice spot to come home to. I’ve been really happy here.

Waiting on ceiling cleanup from an upstairs AC leak that damaged several of my books, and a dishwasher replacement. I haven't had a working dishwasher in 3 weeks. I do love my new patio grass, but not all of the clippings that are blown onto my patio furnishings by Groundworks, Inc. They need to be more cognizant of where the mess is landing when they blow off the sidewalks. My biggest concern is the community gates. I think it would be much safer to keeps the gates closed 24/7 and buzz... prospective tenants in for showings. I know it is an extra step, but it will make the community safer and the actual residents more secure. Please share this with Greystar.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you’ve experienced with your dishwasher and the ceiling repairs... following the AC leak. We understand how disruptive this has been. Please know that the replacement dishwasher has been ordered; however, the item is currently on back order. We are closely monitoring the order and will schedule installation as soon as it becomes available. Additionally, our team is continuing to coordinate the ceiling cleanup and repairs and will follow up to ensure completion as quickly as possible.
We’re glad to hear that you are enjoying your new patio grass. Regarding the grass clippings, we appreciate your feedback. At this time, the clippings will not be collected after service, but we have shared your concerns with the landscaping vendor to encourage greater awareness when blowing off sidewalks and surrounding areas.
In regard to the community gates, we understand and appreciate your concerns about safety. As discussed during your visit to the office last week, the gates are kept open during business hours to allow access for prospective residents and vendors, and are closed after hours to maintain controlled access to the community. We will continue to evaluate operations with resident safety as a priority and have shared your feedback with Greystar for further consideration.

I've been a resident for almost 2 years. It is very quiet and the neighbors are very friendly. The staff knows you by name and are there to help anytime I have had an issue. Love it here!

10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a place to live. I love being so close to everything and easy access to to get anywhere else. So are some great food spots near by and have Perkins Rowe right across, it couldn’t be better
