Great Place
Office staff is very nice. Shawnell is always willing to listen to any concerns that you may have. Maintenance fixes any problems fast.
It is very peaceful and quiet. I'm happy being a resident.

Throughout the touring, signing and move in process everything was quick and easy. This complex met all of my prerequisites; it’s great to have a place to truly call home.

Hidden Gem
I have been a resident at Towne-Bridge Place Apartments for almost a year, I love living here. After touring several apartments in the nearby area I knew this is the one I wanted to call home. Peaceful and quiet small community, well kept grounds. Mostly working people coming and going there is never a day I felt "unsafe". I love the fact that maintenance goes above and beyond to meet your needs usually responding in a decent time. Property can use some updates as far as updating kitchen and... bathroom cabinets, etc. Apartment was squeaky clean when I moved in! Nowhere is perfect. This apartment complex is a hidden gem on the westbank. I am happy with my choice to move here!

Quiet and Peaceful
I have lived at the Townebridge Apartments now for a little over a year, and I have had very few issues throughout my time here. The office staff is very friendly. When I walk into the office, I know that I am going to be treated well. The maintenance staff works very quickly and efficiently to handle any problems that you may have. As an example, I recently put in a request about my A/C leaking, and within a few hours, they were there and fixed the problem. However, one of the main reasons why... I decided to renew my lease is the reason why I decided to come to Townebridge in the first place. It is a very clean, quiet, and peaceful community. If your looking for a new apartment in the area, I would seriously consider Townebridge!
