I have been a resident at Towne-Bridge Place Apartments for almost a year, I love living here. After touring several apartments in the nearby area I knew this is the one I wanted to call home. Peaceful and quiet small community, well kept grounds. Mostly working people coming and going there is never a day I felt "unsafe". I love the fact that maintenance goes above and beyond to meet your needs usually responding in a decent time. Property can use some updates as far as updating kitchen and… bathroom cabinets, etc. Apartment was squeaky clean when I moved in! Nowhere is perfect. I have lived at the Townebridge Apartments now for a little over a year, and I have had very few issues throughout my time here. The office staff is very friendly. When I walk into the office, I know that I am going to be treated well. The maintenance staff works very quickly and efficiently to handle any problems that you may have. As an example, I recently put in a request about my A/C leaking, and within a few hours, they were there and fixed the problem.
