Lions gate sucks
Throughout my lease, there has been so many issues with the apartments out there since day one. First of all the maintenance and front office is almost impossible to get ahold of, if you get lucky to talk to them, they’ll take their sweet time to fix it. It’s taken them up to 3 months to fix issues we had. Don’t even pay for the wifi, we’ve probably had working wifi maybe 8 months out of the lease, and still had to pay for wifi that wasn’t functioning. The apartments may look nice from a glance... but the build quality is poor, our balcony railing has been broken the whole time we’ve lived there even with request of being fixed. They said they fixed it but never did and was an extreme safety hazard. And lord if the only units they have available are upstairs just find somewhere else because it’s such a headache to move in and out. There are plenty of better apartment complexes that aren’t far but just make sure it’s not managed by 1spm. This place sucks.
