Kudos

Kudos go out to the entire staff here at Audubon Lake. Due to job transfers we have lived in several properties since 2005. This is by far the best management / maintenance team we have ever had. When we have a maintenance issue we get a call acknowledging receipt of the issue, then another call to let us know the man is on the way. Then the response time and completion of the work is just phenomenal. Finally we get a call from management to check on satisfaction. We have never had that before.… So, kudos to the best 2 man maintenance team period. Thank y'all for all you do.

Although the staff was very helpful and welcoming at first, it became very evident that they try and take every dime that they can from you. Already extremely overpriced, the experience there was stressful and exhausting. I would suggest go anywhere else but here.
