Quaint Community

I have lived here for over 15 years and love it! Have my own private attached garage, grounds are well maintained and the staff takes pride in their work with great customer service. Location is great!

Quite and Charming Community

I loved living here this past year and I am sad to be moving on to a bigger city, in search of more opportunity. I will miss my tranquil view from my patio most. I give this community 5 out of 5, because it is well maintained, the office staff is always helpful and knowledgeable, the maintenance team is fast and professional, its secluded and private, and my apartment was perfect. I also enjoyed all of the community events!

I have been living here since March of 2015 and have loved every minute of it. It is convenient to just about everything in Lafayette but it's quite as if you were living in the country. The apartments are very spacious and I love the fact of having my own attached garage. The grounds are always nice and clean with several beautiful courtyards surrounded by beautiful land scape and fountains. My favorite part of Chateau des Lions is the pool area which I stay at most of the summer. I've met… some great friends at the pool and it's like one big happy family. The office staff & maintenance crew are amazing and are always there to help when you need. When I decided to move here I went and met with the Property Manager on some personal issues, she was very understanding and worked with me which I am grateful for. If you are looking for an apartment then I recommend you call one of the lovely ladies in the office at Chateau des Lions and come be a part of this great community.
