Horrible management

The management is very unprofessional and rude to tenants. The electrical work in the apartment building is old. The tenant is at fault for everything. This apartment complex does not care.

I didn't take offered move in

April seems like she have attitude.she feels like I'm doing you a favor.this place is to high not enough square footage for the price that you are paying. on top of that we didn't get our deposit back.the park space is not enough. I'm glad done with this place

Love, Covington Square!

I have been a resident here for seven years. I moved to another property, but returned here because I missed it so much. The maintenance on grounds and up-keep of the property is wonderful. Our repair technician is fast and efficient. The location is convenient. We enjoy the pool, and I love my upgrades in my apartment. Our building is well lit, and our resident courtesy officer is friendly and helpful. The property is Pet-Friendly, and has Fido-Stations for people who walk their pets.… Each year management gives their residents a free carpet cleaning for their apartment, the ladies do a great job. Both ladies in management have been excellent, and I wouldn't live anywhere else. I am a happy and satisfied resident!

Former tenant

When I moved in 2 years ago. It was good. New manager April is horrible. Does nothing about drugs being sold out of the complex, does nothing about the constant noise and nothing about the secure parking. So glad I am out of there.

excellent

Seriously, been here for 2 years, quiet, convenient location from food, mall, downtown, Mrs.Jackie is real polite, she always keep you informed on anything going on, i work early mornings so i walk outside in the dark and its well lit! Light everywhere, maintenance is very timely, i honestly have nothing bad to say about my apartment complex.
