Love it here!
Lakewood Manor is very conveniently located. The buildings and apartments are clean and well-maintained. The staff in the management office is very friendly, helpful and quick to respond to any concerns. Maintenance requests are quickly acknowledged and scheduled maintenance issues are handled in a timely manner.
We have found the neighbors to be very friendly. And the pool is an added bonus!
We've just renewed our lease and plan to stay indefinitely.

Amazing place to live in
Great place to live in. The application process was great and quick. The office staff is very nice and the Leasing Agent Jeremiah was very professional, helpful and informative. The apartment is nice and was ready and very clean the day of my move in. Thank you to Metairie East Rental Center for helping me get an apartment home.

Current resident for over 10 years
I've been living here for over 10 years and love it. Management is on it quickly if something breaks and is ready to accommodate if there is a major issue. I am excited about the farely New Pool near my apartment with new lounging outdoor furniture with a BBQ pit.
The complex is close to grocery stores, restuarants, and other stores and services. Its next to a walking trail on the 17th street canal that leads to the Lake Pontchartrain walking trail.

Lakewood is an awesome place to live.Quiet environment & local to everything! Alma in the leasing office is the best! She goes above and beyond to satisfy all needs!

I highly recommend this community if you are looking for a quiet and peaceful place. My family and I have been here for more than 2 years and we love the place. Plus the office staff is very kind and sweet.
