Surface lot parking is available behind the building, managed by a third party and not affiliated with the property. Alternatively, you can use The Fulton Parking Garage, located just 5 minutes from the property, though it is also not affiliated with the property. A pet fee between $100 and $300 will be collected separately, based on the length of your stay. There is a maximum of two pets allowed, with a combined weight of 40lbs. Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs, or similar breeds, are not allowed.

Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartments, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at any time during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for any violations. No outside guests are allowed without permission. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. Guests will be asked to provide a copy of their official government-issued photo ID, confirm their contact information, and pass through a verification portal. In some instances, a criminal background check may be required. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.
