The rooftop is under construction. We may use video surveillance in public areas. The number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy, and extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent; violators will be charged a $500 fine. The building is located on a bustling street, which can be disturbing in the evenings. There is no smoking allowed in the unit or on the balcony; any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Pets are not allowed; violation of this pet policy may result in a $500 fine plus cleaning expenses. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction; violators will be charged a $500 fine. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the trusted partner before booking. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the partner's approval before booking.
