Ive been here almost a year already, this place is great! The residents are good, no problems here for me. The main attractions can be found with the management team, great crew. Going to miss this place. Very sweet professional women that works in the leasing office, these ladies are the best people that you’ll ever meet.

Modern apartments close to LSU Health and close-knit community with thick walls / few noise complaints.

Trifling residents
Just know that there are some trifling, filthy individuals that live here & the front office refuses to send out emails to remind folks about cleaning up after themselves. I have had packages stolen because they didn’t even verify someone’s documents before moving in. Person was evicted & CLEARED the package room on that same day. Insane. As much as the rent is here, totally not worth it. If you are in professional school & need a quiet place to live, this is not your best bet. People stay out... at the pool/in the courtyard all night screaming, playing music, etc.

Cute Cell
This place is a complete dump! The apartments are small, the pool is smaller, the grass it turf w pet droppings, you have to go OUTSIDE the building to go to the gym, it looks like a prison. If you’re desperate and like prison decor, it’s the place for you!!!!
