They are lazy they going to put excuse after excuse just to not take care of they renters ore people who trying to get a new apartment! When you show up they told you that it’s a bad time just to make you come another day because they don’t like to do nothing

The photos on here must be from 1981 when this was first built. This apartment complex looks nothing as pictured. Cant speak for the inside because we couldn't bring ourselves to go in. Good luck if you choose this place

This apartment complex is a hot mess, from the disrespectful and lazy staff. To the horrible living conditions. They don’t want to fix anything but be quick to file an eviction notice if you late on your rent. The lynd company truly sucks!

The gym is inactive and the pool has been open only once since the pandemic which is marketed as amenities. Units are Roach and Wasp infested. Black mold and mushrooms are present in the bathrooms. Birds have been heard scratching, crawling, and chirping through the interior ventilation ducts. They also defecate inside the ducts which draw various bugs. The birds have access from exterior vents that have no cover. The solution is a $15 piece that has been on back order per the Property… Management's vendor since 2021 but is readily accessible for purchase at the local Home Depot and Lowe's. Most of the staff I've encountered are rude and lack empathy, compassion, and resolution. Maintenance is incompetent. There's no protocol from both maintenance and staff for simple processes such as unit showings, lease executions, work orders, etc. Work orders are marked complete in their system although they were never acknowledged nor resolved. Security is non-existent besides the exterior cameras that were put in place a few months ago. The property is vulnerable to criminal activity and I've witnessed on several occasions men sleeping in the laundry facility or roaming the grounds late at night. Units are also incredibly vulnerable to intrusion as they barely lock and interior locks are used for the exterior front doors. Exterior gates surrounding the property are deteriorating and the front access gate does not lock and hasn't for years. This property has a lot of potential due to the spacious apartments and the features. However, due to the incompetency of the staff/maintenance and lack of support from Lynd management, this property will eventually be defunct.
