Customer Service Goes a long way
Customer Service is horrible, they lie about calling you back and seem to be very overwhelmed with little training.

Very Unprofessional
Tried calling and left messages that were unanswered. Set up online for a tour on Saturday October 15th. Drove down from Mississippi only to be told they are closed. Not only are they closed on Saturdays, but the site still allows you to make appointments on a day that the office is closed. Horrible experience. Good thing we had other options.

Customer Service here is awful
I have attempted to contact this location and their corporate office and no one answers the phone. There is no voicemail setup and no one returns the calls. I have contacted this location for weeks! No one answers or contacts any one back
