Alder at Allston Yards

The move-in process did not start off smoothly due to a lack of clear guidance and communication. I asked multiple times where to park for move-in but was given verbal explanations instead of being shown exactly where to go. Once I arrived at the dock, no one was there to assist me, and there was no clear signage directing me to the lobby. I assumed taking the elevator would lead me there. When I called for help, the interaction felt aggressive rather than supportive, which added to the... confusion. I was excited but also anxious about moving in, and this experience changed that feeling initially. That said, now that I am fully moved in, things have improved. Love the modern design and amenities here at Alder. Super convenient location. There is a Stop and shop and Starbucks in the building. Walking distance to the Boston Landing commuter rail station.

I’ve had a great experience living in this building. It’s very well maintained, with clean common areas and a strong sense of security. Management is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about residents. The location is excellent, with easy access to transportation and restaurants. The building is quiet, comfortable, and feels like a true home. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality place to live.

The management team was efficient in addressing the reported issues, which I really appreciated. I also believe the office takes residents’ feedback seriously, as they have made adjustments based on previous suggestions. Overall, I’m quite satisfied with my experience living at Alder!
