This is a fully furnished unit offered for short-term, transient use only. It is not a rental tenancy or lease. All guests must maintain a primary residence elsewhere and agree to abide by house rules, maximum occupancy, and payment terms. No subletting or unauthorized guests. Self check-in and check-out are available, and a welcome booklet will be emailed two weeks prior to arrival. Arrival instructions with a navigational application will be sent three days prior to arrival. There is a $150 lost key fee. If your stay extends beyond 28 days, there will be an adjustment in the cleaning fee, which will be communicated prior to confirmation of your reservation.
