There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking, parties, loud music, or disturbances, with a $250 fine for noise complaints requiring intervention. Cameras are used in common areas and the exterior of the building for rule verification. Quiet hours are observed after 10 pm. Late check-out may incur a $50 fee per hour.
