I enjoy living here. Location, location, location. It is in downtown, which is nice. They definitely have all the basics nailed down very well.

The only I wish is that there are no laundry in the units and we have to go down the hall for washer dryer.

The building is always clean, and the staff is polite. Maintenance requests have always been completed successfully and promptly. The gym is a great amenity, and the view is incredible.

Love the location, community, maintenance team. But the elevator keeps having issue and having neighbors stuck in it, which is very concerning to residents’ safety for such high rise building.

One Devonshire Place is ideal for professionals who value a seamless commute, high-floor views, and traditional white-glove service. It’s a "prestige" address that trades the trendy, loud atmosphere of newer Seaport buildings for a more established, polished, and central city experience!!
