My resident stay has been great so far. Love the area and amenities. The staff are wonderful. The view from my apartment is spectacular. Couldn’t ask for anything better.

Living at 1 Devonshire Pl has been a great experience! The community is well-maintained, quiet, and the management team is always responsive and helpful. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the amenities are kept clean and enjoyable. The location is convenient, and the overall atmosphere feels safe and welcoming. I’m really happy to call this place home!

The Conceirge staff are incredible with a smile and greeting each time I come home. Marvin always gets my packages right!! The building staff repair things quickly and keep things so clean. The redesign was resulted in higher noise levels—they didn’t take I to consideration about the noise with the new materials. We have been struggling with a smoker—marijuana—on the balconies for a while. Some residents do not use the trash room respectfully. They do not dispose of their trash well. Bags are... too big and then everyone deals with the mess and smell. We have had a full turnover of management and they are getting things better but not sure it is worth the high price without laundry in unit.

Moving into a new apartment, there are a few problems such as dirty windows, stained stove top, faulty hinge that casues cabinets to not close all the way.
Moving in for 5 days, I have contacted the front desk for maintenance twice and both times maintenance did not show up.

Love living at the dev! Incredible to live in a building with super nice staff with friendly faces that greet you by name every day. The area is extremely walkable.
