Lovely luxury apartment building in the heart of Fenway

Landmark Square (75 Peterborough St) was built in 2000 and is conveniently located in the heart of Fenway, steps from three different public transportation options and numerous restaurants, shopping (including Star Market and Target), bars, and nightlife.

The building features central heating/ air conditioning, in-unit washer/dryers, and dishwashers in all units. Amenities include concierge service, exercise room, enclosed mail room, dry cleaning drop-off, and more. The management company,… Abbey Residential, has always been responsive and professional in dealing with any of the very few issues that have arisen during our three years in the building.

Highly recommended! Landmark Square is a wonderful place to live - while being significantly cheaper than the big high-rise luxury complexes being built around it, despite little or no difference in value. If you're looking for luxury living at accessible prices in a stellar location, this is it!

Doesn't cool down

My apartment is always warm in the summer, even long after the sun has gone down. The "advanced central air system" consists of 2 vents and a thermostat that looks like it's from the 70s. Furthermore, tenants get charged by the fan speed and duration used, plus a base fee which is incurred whether you use the system or not for that month. HVAC charges were not made clear prior to leasing.
