Unless you can’t afford anywhere else, don’t live here. 4 elevators but at most, 2 are working so you will be waiting for an elevator (they failed their recent state inspection but still haven’t fixed them). Electric bill is a minimum of $400 month. Laundry room is expensive and gross. It’s not worth the extra square footage and balcony. It’s literally like living in a crappy college dorm where everything is old and broken. Also, rude higher management.
