The list is endless as to why this place is horrible but the re-occurring one for over a year is the constant septic trucks at all hours, pumping the tanks. Management said this is normal for the town but don’t seem to mention it on move in. Also, all the appliances are cheap, the cleaners never clean, people don’t lose their leases after mis-firing a gun through TWO buildings, leaking buildings that probably aren’t fixed. I could go on. Oh, also, not having a proper fence around the pool while... being fixed doesn’t seem to be a safety concern. Don’t live here!

There is always something going on living here. I heard a gun shot and couples fighting and more. Very poor management.

I have loved it, but have concerns of new management showing lack of awareness of previous management?s contracts with tenants, and recent communications that indicate they want to save money on services that are supposed to be free to tenants.
