Paddock Estates

Willow Bridge is not a company that I would ever rent from again. The manager at Paddock doesn't manage and is afraid to take any action. Residents are allowed to completely disregard rules and even common decency towards others. Even the regional manager is rude and ineffective. The rents keep going up while the living conditions keep deteriorating. This was once a well run community- when owned and operated by a different company with effective management that actually managed.

The list is endless as to why this place is horrible but the re-occurring one for over a year is the constant septic trucks at all hours, pumping the tanks. Management said this is normal for the town but don’t seem to mention it on move in. Also, all the appliances are cheap, the cleaners never clean, people don’t lose their leases after mis-firing a gun through TWO buildings, leaking buildings that probably aren’t fixed. I could go on. There is always something going on living here. I heard a gun shot and couples fighting and more. Very poor management.

Best place to stay , thanks god for the new management, every one is friendly and they listen to you and work with not like old old management!!

I would recommend this community because everyone is very kind and friendly. The amenities are awesome as well.
