Overall, this apartment is very clean, comfortable, and easy to live in. The facilities are well-maintained, and the layout is spacious. The location is also convenient, with good access to shops and public transportation.
The only downside is that the sound of the train is a bit noticeable, but other than that, I’m very satisfied. It’s a great place to live, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable home.

Convenient location by Alewife Red Line and Fresh Pond Mall shops. Good for car-free living, with a Blue Bike facility and bicycle parking. Not enough light in the main living space, but bedroom has large windows with ample light. Rent increases have varied drom 5-6% for 13-15 month leases, and up to 26% for 12-month lease renewals. Starry internet is reliable most of the time. Maintenance is very responsive, which is appreciated. Overall, 4/5 for convenient car-free lifestyle, but natural light... in your unit may be a drawback, expect annual rent increases.
