Convenient location by Alewife Red Line and Fresh Pond Mall shops. Good for car-free living, with a Blue Bike facility and bicycle parking. Not enough light in the main living space, but bedroom has large windows with ample light. Rent increases have typically been 5-6% for 13-15 month leases, and up to 26% for 12-month lease renewals. Starry internet is reliable most of the time. Maintenance is very responsive, which is appreciated. Overall, 4/5 for convenient car-free lifestyle, but natural... light in your unit may be a drawback, expect annual rent increases.

The apartment is great! Clean and modern interior, clean public restroom, and in unit laundry. However, there's no "press to open the door" access, which makes the apartment less accessible.
