Great Experience

Having lived here for the past three years, I am most impressed by and grateful to the professional and friendly employees - from the main office to facilities. They were always responsive to requests and do a wonderful job maintaining the property, keeping the property clean and in good working order. The management company recently installed new carpet/flooring, new lighting, and painted the common areas and hallways. The residents are friendly and the building is conveniently located close... to restaurants and shops in Easton, Stoughton and Brockton.

Rodent Infested

I lived here over the course of 1 year (2021-2022) and it was hell. In this time there were constant changes in management with whom I informed of rodents and they would send someone out but the problem was never fixed. The place progressively just kept getting worst. They stopped having people come clean the common areas, the elevators never worked, people would leave their trash on the elevator or in the hallways. The list goes on…

Affordable, Conventient, Clean

I've lived at Canterbury Arms for the past 2 years and my experience here has been great. It's conveniently located right off the highway where there's a Mall, a Wal-Mart, and a Market Basket. The property manager Beverly is also great; I personally appreciate how friendly, knowledgeable and the amount of patience she has when dealing with her tenants. The rest of the management team does a great job as well making sure that all issues are addressed and that the properly is well maintained.

Home Away From Home!

Such a convenient location! Neighbors are very friendly and inviting. But the best part is the availability of the manager and maintenance works. They go above and beyond for excellent service. Manager throws great holiday activities for the kids. She always sends reminders to keep the property running smoothly.

Affordable, clean, convenient and safe.

Lived at Canterbury Arms for 3 years. Apartments and surrounding landscape are clean and well maintained. Perfect location...mall, Walmart, Market Basket, gas stations, fast food restaurants and highway all within a 5 mins drive. Beverly and the other staff are professional and helpful!
