pretty ok place might wanna give it a shot!
i have lived at chatham west for the past 2yrs and it's a pretty decent place to live. It's really quiet, a good place to have your family live if you have kids you don't have to worry abt any malicious activity going around in here.. at least i havn't noticed any myself. The grounds are kept really nice and the apartments are really nice and spacious with generous closet space. The apt itself is located within walking distance to westgate mall and i would say it's in a pretty good location in... Brockton very close to the expressways. The maintenance staff could be a little bit more responsive to your requets as they take days to come in and fix stuff for you. If you can live with those minor details, then it can be a good place to live.
ps: chatham west will be a smoke free apartment starting in September. bonus!
