Noise

Between adjacent neighbors and constant construction on Beacon St., good luck finding time to relax. Slamming doors, barking dogs, you name it, it is here in this building. I moved out recently and have been much happier since.

Nice Place to Call Home

Everything was so easy, I was coming in from overseas, toured virtually and applied online. I felt really welcome when I arrived and my apartment is just right! :-)

Great Location!

This place is clean and very well managed.
Don't listen to anybody else! No idea what they're talking about.
Loved living here. One of the MOST convenient places in the area. And management was super responsive and took care of our needs with a quickness.

Don’t move here

Small, decrepit, outdated, (not vintage in a charming way). Tacky updates. Mental health office in basement with patients living in building (they don’t tell you that before you move in). Weird smells- beans, cabbage, old air. Ugh! Terrible! Smokers, windows don’t work.
