I had a great time!
We are about to move out from Eaves Burlington (former stonebrook farms) I have been here a year.
I had a third floor unit with really nice natural light. nice quiet neighborhood. The kids are only out going/coming from school bus stop.
The staff are friendly, with the management change there have been ongoing renovations, but have been done very professionally- we were notified before parking lot revamps, told when to park and where to park and it was quickly done and life resumed as normal... .
maintenance has always responded on time and resolved issue not only on same day but accommodated my scheduling needs.
Safety is not a concern, we slept with our car trunk and doors open and nothing was stolen in fact one of our neighbors closed it so our batteries wont die ( our kids must have hit the automatic button to open doors on car). I wish they would put lights up on the tennis courts so we could play after work. if they added a playground then the kids wouldn't crowd the tennis courts to ride bikes and scooters during the day.
Its clean on the inside the common area smells nice and lemony and are vacuumed at least once a week if not more. love having my own washer dryer in unit, my stove is an induction one, the counters in kitchen and bathroom are granite.
the stack-able washer/dryer is not for someone with kids or does laundry often! go with the other floor plan offered that gives you the full size washer dryer.
no bugs, pests, the walls are thick enough no neighborly noise or cooking smells.
the pool area has really cute trendy furniture. the pool is clean and always has a lifeguard on duty. hate to leave but rent went up.
only improvements here: tennis court lighting, add a playground, and some on site storage would be a plus!
thanks eaves!
