Unless you live on the top floor, the noise is horrible. My upstairs neighbors just walking across there floor vibrates my apartment. It's very loud and disturbing. My dog gets scared and hides under the coffee table. It's unbelievably bad in my opinion. The care of the grounds is poor and common areas walls / areas are pretty beaten up. I'm moving as soon as my lease is up

Avoid
Living here has been the worst 8 months of my life. Strong warning to anyone considering this community, especially Unit 46, it is many large families with multiple children living in small apartments. The family above us has children who have made us feel so trapped listening to constant running, jumping, screaming and pounding at all hours of the day and night. Our two dogs are petrified constantly. Management minimized our issues for months, and it was only until many attempts to escalate our... concerns to the district supervisor of Equity that we were able to plan a way out of this apartment. Aside from the extreme noise problems, the kitchen is outdated and the bathrooms have no air circulation. We’re currently dealing with a leaking ceiling above our shower. All this to say, do not live here.

Loving it so far
We just moved here 3 months ago, so you can take my review with a grain of salt, but... I have to say, we're LOVING it so far. Our previous apartment was only 540 sqft, so it has been wonderful having this 830 sq ft apartment (Bedford floor plan). The layout is perfect. We love having an in-unit washer and dryer! The bathroom and kitchen are bit small, but that allows the living room, dining area, and bedroom to be PLENTY BIG!!! I love the setup of the walk-in closet, too... it's positioned in... such a way as to give you extra wall space in the bedroom. We also love that the apartment feels relatively private. Even the balcony is such that you don't feel exposed. The office staff have been great; very friendly, welcoming, happy to help with whatever we need. While it's not perfect (see: size of bathroom and kitchen), I definitely would enthusiastically recommend it as a great place to live.

An average place with a great location
This complex is ideally located close to I-95. There are many services and stores within walking distance. The condition of the outdoor and common property is very good and the staff works hard to keep it that way. Service maintenance is usually very prompt. The apartment unit conditions are OK but not up to the standards that the rents would imply. Move in conditions are typical with the units freshly painted, rugs cleaned, etc. The kitchen appliances are very basic, low cost and are not in... good condition (rusted dishwasher racks in my unit). It is very convenient to have a clothes washer and dryer in the unit but don't expect a quality appliance here either. The inside finish of the dryer drum in my unit is pretty much worn out. The clothes washer stops right after filling and the maintenance solution is to hit the top of the washer firmly to un-stick a switch. Our apartment walls, while freshly painted, clearly had damage previously and the sheet-rock was poorly repaired. We made sure to point that out to the property manager on move-in. The rent increase averages around 10% per year at this location. There are many short term lessee's here and that drives up the rents for everyone. Overall, if your need is a short term rental and the location works for you, this would be a recommended location. If you intend on a long-term, year over year residence, keep in mind that the rent increases will outpace most family increases in income.

Heritage in Burlington MA...
Heritage is a nice place to live. The staff has been helpful with all needs. The grounds are well taken care off and maintenance issues are resolved quickly. We have made some good friends with our neighbors and have enjoyed the numerous events held at the complex. Nice workout gym and pool on those hot Summer days. Theater room is great for parties or wanting to watch your favorite movie on a big screen. Great location to many shops, transportation and major expressways. Only thing missing is a... playground for the kids. The courtyard is a safe place for our kids to play, but an actual play ground would be helpful.
