Tempo Cambridge Apartments

This is a great property. It's less than a mile from Alewife in an area with lots of investment. The units are good quality and new. The finishes are attractive and the amenities generous. The office staff are easy to work with and move with urgency.

The one downside is driving. There's only 1 way in or out and it gets backed up at rush hour. And parking is limited. If you have frequent guests or multiple cars, it can be limiting.

Other than that, there are 0 headaches here!

Maintenance crew is amazing and come quickly to fix any issue inside the apartment or even if a complain is submitted for the common areas. They keep the apartment and surrounding area pleasant for the residents.

Great apartment. Super friendly and helpful office management. In addition, the house itself is spacious, and the community facility is great.

The experience has been generally positive! The apartment is nice and staff are friendly. I wish the parking was better organized so I could park in my building and that there was more availability for guest parking.

Tempo Cambridge is a great place to live. Great location to the red line, high quality units, and helpful, courteous management. I'm looking forward to the warm weather when the amenities will also be a big perk.

What would I like to see change? More parking and more access in and out of the community (both pretty difficult to change given the space).
