Amazing staff great events .. the apartment complex is extreamly well kept beautiful and new . I’ve stayed here for a year and am going to stay for the foreseeable future .

No complaints we’ve been here almost 2 years and it’s been great! The amenities are awesome the grounds are beautiful and well maintained! The office staff is great too and very knowledgeable.

I love the community at the Kinloch! Moving to an apartment complex with a tight knit community was important to me! The team does a great job setting up fun community events as well!

Love it here, but there could be much more attention paid to details such as paint worn off or chipped off doors and entries, messes made in trash and recycling areas by tacky residents.
