decent "luxury" apartments
The apartments here are nice. The windows are very successful in keeping the occasional rolling boombox from interrupting your day/night. Apartments are very well insulated, you will hardly ever need to use the heat. Dumpster out back tends to overflow and occasionally seems to be forgotten about on garbage days. Parking lot becomes a playground for the local kids even though there's a park on the corner. The area is iffy at best but it's close to Boston so that's a plus. Being pet friendly is a... major plus especially since that seems to be forbidden words in a lot of places.
Fitness center is a hallway.
The apartments are nice...worth the high rent ($1700) for a single bedroom is arguable. Maybe if there was a garage, like the new building has the rent would be easier the swallow. Also as stated earlier the area is not the best. If you want a place to go after work then it's not a bad place to rent. If you want to live in an area you can go for a walk at night look somewhere else.
