Extremely unresponsive management

Multiple follow ups over ONE inquiry since one month ago and management has failed to deliver any form of reasonable timeline for a solution. Have had neighbors' packages stolen and found my own opened – no form of security in the lobby to prevent such to reoccur. Walls have a matte finish that stains easily and merely impossible to remove. Management provided no guidance after move-in (e.g. providing a non-emergency phone number for residents). The emergency phone number is rarely attended;... called multiple times for maintenance to fix the jammed garage door (at 8PM) and my call was finally returned at 12:59 AM, and management had the audacity to send a follow up email stating they were "unable to reach me" and to reach out again if I needed anything else (garage door was still stuck the following morning until a neighbor found maintenance's number). Windows have never been cleaned and has accumulated so much dust due to construction across the street. Highly unlikely to renew lease.
