Filthy Elevators and Dog Poop Galore
The management of this building is the picture of apathy. Since moving into this complex a year ago there have been non stop issues with residents refusing to pick up after their dogs and leaving dog poop all over the outdoor areas. The only solution management has it to post about it once every few months on their app's newsfeed.
I have also never lived in a building where the other residents leave so much garbage in the elevators and in the common spaces. It is as if a bunch of the residents... decided that since the building has a cleaning staff they can just throw their garbage on the floor.
There are other constant issues (also ignored by management) like the visitor parking being constantly full of the cars of residents who are not paying for parking and unsupervised children running wild through the common spaces.
