Bennington Arms

Great Studio with off street parking. The unit was freshly painted , new carpet and appliances. The location is great for folks with cars or for ones depending on public transportation. Building is maintained by new staff that have gone over and above to make the tenants happy. Clean laundry room, and common areas. New security cameras, thru out the building recently installed. I have been here for six months and love it.

This apartment building is in a sketchy adjacent area but my one bedroom apartment was actually pretty nice for the amount of rent. It is close to two T stops - Orient Heights and Wood Island - and is right across the street from a beach! Overall I have been pleased with this apartment but wish it was pet friendly :(

A great one bedroom apartment with a spacious living room with lots of outlets. The bathroom is blue, but it just makes it more fun to accessorize! The apartment is right across from Constitution Beach in East Boston (noted to be the cleanest Beach in the city) and near multiple dog friend parks. Just a 10 minute walk to the T and a 20 minute ride to the City! Perfect for someone who loves living near a city but not quite in the middle of it.
